Boba-Seq

Boba-Seq is a method developed by Dr. Yolanda Huang and colleagues in the Arkin Lab at UC Berkeley to functionally characterize unknown bacterial genes in a high-throughput manner. For more information check out their biorxiv article.

Gibbs Lab

The Gibbs Lab at UC Berkeley studies bacterial social interactions using the gut opportunistic pathogen, Proteus mirabilis. I also fully revamped the Gibbs Lab website with new text and illustrations, which can be seen here.

SITN Seminar Series

Harvard University's Science in the News (SITN) hosts a seminar series aimed at introducing the public to the multitude of research happening in the Boston area. As co-director of the SITN graphics division, I connected graphic designers with presenters to create personalized advertisements for lectures, including designing a few myself!
